I am Hubert Chen and the CEO of Village Tronic. I am responsible and I am to blame for that the ViDock G4 has been delayed. I squeezed in other projects which have been important for the future of this company. These projects have been completed successfully now and after the Golden Week Holiday we are back on finishing ViDock G4.
We will be shipping in November.
You paid for ViDock 4 Plus which has a 320 W Power Supply. We will ship you 400 W for the same money you paid. So I hope this compensates a little but for the unexpected long waiting time.
I am again very sorry for what happened. We usually no longer announce new products as always something can happen. In your case Violet made a different choice, as ViDock G4 will serve you much better than ViDock 4 Plus. I hope you still can agree, even with the unexpected delays.
Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you now. Of course at any time you can chose that we ship the ViDock 4 Plus. You already paid. Be aware that it is 2 x 6 pin only. ViDock G4 will be 6 pin and 8 Pin.
