我也没反应过来，刚才查了一下才知道就是前些时间说的paul allen捐钱搞的那个大型射电望远镜阵列。
没听说seti@home的计划中有和ata相关的，刚才到论坛上查了一下，有人说：
SETI@Home does not currently send out any work units from ATA-42 or Southern Hemisphere recorders. We are only crunching Arecibo data.
We will hopefully in the future see some southern SERENDIP work units come out but I haven't heard news on this in a while.
As for ATA-42, I have never heard any plans at all to use it to record data for SETI@Home, and I suspect that the ATA will not be used for this purpose at any point (but it would be really neat if they would!) |
