SIMAP大约8月来包，耐心等待一下……

The similarity matrix of the SIMAP project is currently up to date. All workunits from the last calculation period are distributed, thanks to all users for chrunchig them.
The calculation of new simap workunits containing the novel proteins from july 2007 (simap app) and their domains (hmmer app) will start around august 1st.


大意是说现在的WU都算完了，包含新蛋白质的WU大约8月1日放出

昨天不知不觉下了20个wu今天再看就没了......不是说SIMAP是个很冷清的项目么？不过SIMAP的包消耗内存非常小，算起来又很快，真爽啊～

New workunits: The calculation of similarities and features of the approx. 250.000 new sequences, that were imported from the databases PDB, RefSeq, Uniprot and Genbank in august, and the calculation of sequence similarities of several environmental sequencing projects, will start on september 1st around lunchtime (UTC).
