电脑蓝屏求救

最近买了一个新硬盘。重新装了系统，杀毒软件是norton。总出现蓝屏，电脑运行速度很慢，蓝屏时出现下面的提示。请帮忙，实在是菜鸟。电脑在使用中总是自动出现死机蓝屏，提示以下内容：

check to make sure any new hardware orsoftwar is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or soft ware manufacturer for and windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory option such as caching or

shadowing. if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select advanced startup options,and then select safe mode.
