在BOINC Manager的项目的团队项下还是为空。与SETI@HOME项目的SETI@CHINA有关吗？

没关系，各个项目的小组是独立的

有。重新启动后显示了。
状态项下的preempted是什么意思？

参加了多个项目后
boinc会在不同项目的计算程序间分配计算资源
本来项目A在算(running)
然后在A还没有完成的时候就轮到项目B来算
项目A的状态就变成被抢占(preempted)
