有大的，大到10000的，这个是包的大小，我们一般不这么看，一般都是看这个包的分数多少来确定大小。可以到 http://vspx27.stanford.edu/psummary.html 查看“p866_p53dimer866”包的情况。能获得150分。

tinker的好像是不支持SSE的，全靠CPU的計算，俺是這樣估計的，具體也不清楚，還得行家解釋一下
