    无论甜美还是浑噩，梦总是会醒来的。每当梦醒时分，重归现实的时候，梦中的种种会给你怎样的触动呢？你会不会因为现实与美梦的落差而被失落感掩埋呢？

    毫无疑问，随着各种关于FuryX的信息和情报的不断释出，这个六月已经被染成了一片红色。拜纤短身材以及HBM显存等颠覆性技术的列装，再加上各种泄露消息中关于强悍性能的剪影，Fiji架构尚未发布便被罩在了一片“扭转乾坤”的光环之下，整个显卡业界以及玩家群体也都表现出了已经许久未见的热忱度，A饭们更是梦想着FuryX显卡能够给AMD带来一场辉煌的胜利。

    如今，FuryX已经实实在在的来到了我们的面前，并且接受了全面的性能测试，我们想说——是时候梦醒了。这款AMD的新时代旗舰虽然较之上代的Radeon R9-290X有了长足的性能提升，但却并未如先前坊间所传言的那样一战定江山。这种结果多少有些出人意料，但却又在情理之中。

Hi everyone,

from a long time reader, and now first time poster.

Got my Sapphire R9 Fury X yesterday. It's now folding for an hour or so. Got The Project 9201 on Core_17, at the moment I'm at about 290'000 PPD read by the HFM, other PPD's on other Project will be posted when I get one.

It's an old and freshly installed Q9550 Windows 7 machine where I installed the Fury X (Driver 15.15 Beta) in the 16x PCI-E Slot. No CPU-Folding.

If you're interested in more Information, just ask.

core 21(fixed) p9704 - ppd 466k
core 17 p13001 - 377k
core 17 p9201 - 361k

core 18 is still broken, but we expect that to be fixed quite soon.

Also, now we have AMD attention, we do hope this will evolve into more AMD involvement into optimisations towards fah.

不知道FAH性能如何，看单精度理论峰值挺高的。但是因为是A卡。。。

Anand完整Review没出，但是Bench已经出了。Fury X很让人失望。

先不说新卡狂怒的FAH效能,目前斯坦福还没解决老A卡在CORE18/21下的效能减半问题

Hi Bruce, i tested the FahBench 2.0 build with AMD APP SDK on a Nvidia GTX 970.
It is running so compatible to Nvidia but there is no performance difference
compared to FahBench 2.0 build with Nvidia OpenCl library.

When i use the FahBench 2.0 build with AMD APP SDK on AMD R9 280
and using the AMD OpenCL 1.2 Runtime from 13.12 then it is still running (10% slower than 14.12).
So it compatible with OpenCL 1.2 at runtime when build with AMD APP SDK supporting OpenCL 2.0
like mpharrigan said.

I did some more tests with also Intel OpenCL SDK and mixed, looks like AMD headers do something
which pleases my AMD GPU R9 280 even in OpenCL 1.1, see http://pastebin.com/wVe84pS3

My suggestion is to build OpenMM with AMD APP SDK for FahCore_18 or FahCore_21
to see if this helps AMD Performance and does not hurt Nvidia performance
like my tests with FahBench showed.

Maybe someone else can also try to build FahBench and OpenMM with AMD SDK vs Nvidia SDK to compare performance on a AMD GPU?

这个下面的评论我都快笑了

FuryX的短板在于驱动，这个是软性的，不需要更换设备只要等待驱动更新就可以实现性能提升

我想说：
MX4也是部好手机，就是Flyme的Bug太多了，升级下就好了
可是TM发布都快一年了这边Bug修掉了那边又出来了到现在才是勉强算可以的状态……

软肋在软件上不代表这款产品就有什么优势，有些厂家坑爹到软件都做不好。

其实这对我这种已经用CPU水冷（H110）的来说很不方便，机箱上几乎没位置留给GPU水冷散热器了。  用了水冷几乎没OC空间了，还干不过980.。。。Lisa Su骗得大家好惨。

老实说，蛮好奇这个AMD新旗舰在V7下能跑多少PPD，因为现在已经很多是Maxwell  core18的专供了， Fury X 难道只能跑core17 ？

目前A卡跑CORE18解决不了效率减半问题,所以只能接到CORE17包
FURY X 跑9201貌似29万PPD,略高于默频970而低于980

9704跑的好高啊，core17 36-37万感觉也还行，可惜这卡没啥超频潜力。

跑9201这个36万PPD可以力压默频980了
