不过最后一招是卸载，重新安装到新目录，大多问题可以解决

确实没有看出来有什么问题，不过不建议你修改默认的data folder的位置，E:\bO是啥东西？

你说的添加项目失败，是指添加哪个项目？

WCG是填写用户名（而不是邮箱地址）添加项目的。你不会把邮箱和用户名混淆了吧？那样的话的确是重装系统都没用的。
你正好把所有没用的日志都贴出来了，再多贴一点就能发现真相。

就是你的第二句。

可能是你的配置文件丢失或被破坏了，所以，BOINC “记不起来”你以前加入的项目了。。。

    他指的config应该是cc_config吧？
