In recent months we have launched Freerice in Spanish, French and Italian. We're very pleased to announce that you can now play Freerice China!
It's the Chinese version of Freerice created by our partner - the leading Chinese game company Shanda Games. It offers the same powerful concept (while you play, you help fight hunger), as well as new questions on Chinese history, literature, and other topics.
It also features an extra layer of entertainment, with flash games provided by Shanda’s network. You raise 10 grains of rice each time you play them.
In addition to hundreds of requests from Freericers for a Chinese subject or version, more than 36% of the world's online population lives in China - Freerice China will enable many more people to play Freerice and feed the hungry!

Please note: Freerice China is a separate site from Freerice.com. If you are registered with Freerice.com, you will need to create a new account on the Chinese version. Your grain totals will not transfer between the sites.
