"Sports Meeting" 如果让英语国家的人来理解，应该是“开‘讨论有关运动的事情’的会议”，而不是“开运动会”。运动会不用Meeting，Meeting一般是座谈会，运动会用Games比较合适。

君不见“奥运会”是“Olympic Games”，而不是“Olympic Meeting”。
