If anyone here can answer me in English I  would greatly appreciate, I have tried using
BOINCSPY on my gf's computer, which  of course has the chinese character set installed,
but I can run BOINC in English and some other programs as well,  but I cannot run
BOINCSPY.......I have .NET Frames 1.1 installed........can anyone help me.....xie xie...
