退出重加是最後一步  
建議看是更換 Proxy 再試一下網絡狀態
OR BOINC 主程式再重新安裝一次 <--參考

以上是其它Project回傳都一樣不正常時我常用的方法

问一下网络中是否可以限制呢？
比如 出口的硬件防火墙上 限制了UDP是否因为这个呢？
