大致分为三方面的内容。
一是对新项目“Help Defeat Cancer”进行了简要的介绍。
World Community Grid is contributing to the fight to defeat cancer. The "Help Defeat Cancer" project will use the computational power of World Community Grid to provide the power to analyze a large number of cancer tissue microarrays (TMA) that will help doctors improve treatment and therapy planning for cancer patients.
WCG 正在为抗击癌症贡献力量。“Help Defeat Cancer”项目将使用 WCG 所提供的计算资源来分析大量的癌细胞组织，希望能籍此来帮助医护人员改善针对癌症患者的医疗计划。
二是对 WCG 项目最新进展做了简要说明。
Human Proteome Folding Project(人类蛋白质组折叠项目)第一阶段业已结束，第二阶段已于 6 月正式开始。
三是介绍合作伙伴、感谢参与者，并希望参与者能介绍更多的朋友参加进来。 |
