还是LP发现的，结果我遭到莫名其妙的抱怨，BS berkeley

要是持续这样，就有可能是berkeley的阴谋了。大家开始存粮吧。

Right now the data server machine is up, but the process that actually serves the data is not running. This is probably because we're in the middle of upgrading the server software, or preparing for a quick reboot. These outages are usually brief (10-15 minutes). Please try back again soon.

Weekly Outage Notice
Every Wednesday we have a short outage to back up our database. The data servers and most web pages are offline during this time. The outage lasts 2-3 hours, and then there is a long period of "catch up" afterwards as the servers are swamped with backlogged requests.

现在这个时期不能不让人怀疑是官方的一种小把戏~~

毕竟省级服务器以后稳定了很长时间，在以前这些算是平常事，现在就有点让人神经过敏啊。
