We have a thread on our Seti.USA website called the Deal & Savings thread where we post the best prices on the internet so that our teammates can find the lowest prices.

I'm learning that some Websites are banned in China and that buying from American companies may be more money than your local store.
But sometimes the internet stores have fantastic deals and you can save lots of money.

i just worry about the warranty. for the reason i will 7*24 using the card, i'd like to buy the second-hand(recently $390) in china.

Anytime I can help. I will help you all. I look for low priced computer parts all the time. Warranty is a big concern I understand. But what a great deal. Perhaps Team China members here in the United States can buy it for you and ship it to you. ;-p
